Mr. Alghani is a Director and the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for M&A; activities, future financing and investor relations. He has had a diverse career as a corporate executive that includes over 20 years in investment banking, corporate finance and financial advisory services. He has extensive experience in creating, negotiating and managing profit sharing agreements (PSA), royalty contracts, joint venture agreements (JVA), and joint operating agreements (JOA). He has been involved with the financial risk assessment of oil and gas exploration and production investments, seismic evaluation projects, and refinery construction and operation. He was instrumental in developing successful oil and gas production blocks and other projects in the MENA region.

From 2003 to 2008 he was CEO of MENA Power Corp. From 1997 to 2002 he was Vice Chairman and CFO of Adair International Oil & Gas Inc, a NASDAQ, OTC listed and traded company. From 1995 to 1997 he was VP of Business Development, West Coast for Dresser Engineering and from 1989 to 1995 he was CFO of Adair Oil.

Mr. Alghani is one of the founders of EHII and has taken a lead role in its startup, organization and strategy development and implementation. He established and currently manages the company’s offices in Dubai, UAE and Houston, TX. He has been a US citizen for over 26 years.
