Mr. Zulqadar is a Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of engineering, marketing and management experience. He was with Toyota Fork Lift in Damman, Saudi Arabia and the Abdul Lateef Jameel Company. He was Director of Marketing for Al-Gosaibi Trading Company which imports and exports scrap metal, ferro alloys, and pig iron and supplies Saudi Iron and Steel Co. He was also involved in chartering 10,000 to 40,000 MT bulk vessels. He was Director of Marketing for the Middle East (India and Pakistan) for Deco Metal of Vienna, Austria.

In 1988 Mr. Zulqadar was the Director of Indian Lead Limited, Mumbai, India. He led the recovery of this distressed company, negotiating settlements with the banks. The company produces lead from scrap batteries and supplies ingots to battery manufacturers.

Presently, Mr. Zulqadar is Managing Director of Arabia Business Strategies (ABS) in Rihadh, Saudi Arabia. ABS is in a joint venture with Boulder Steel of Australia, a US$2 billion company. They are pursuing an iron ore mine in Australia and have formed a consortium with Boulder Steel, N.M.D.C. of India, a US$1.8 billion venture.

His involvement with EHII includes pursuing a 230 MW power plant in Pakistan and negotiating EPC and O&M; contracts for a power plant project in Bangladesh.
