Over 20 years of experience in Architecture and urban planning with all phases of professional practice in Land Planning, Commercial and Residential Design, Interiors, Tenant Space Planning, and Building Renovation and Improvements and Code Compliance with considerable experience in contracts and legal matters, and with emphasis on liability containment and risk control.

Fahad is currently Co-Owner of Saudi CAD for Engineering services, and Al-Mutlaq & Bu-Nuhayah Consulting Engineers, with Engineers and staff that exceed 100. Fahad has experience and participated in ownership of all phases of Real Estate Investment and development throughout the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.
